The Metamorphosis Community Project builds integrated community systems that improve food access, health outcomes, and economic stability in Prince George’s County — anchored by our signature Metamorphosis Healthier Choices Initiative, now enrolling for 2026–2027.
What We Do
MHCI Healthier Choices Initiative — Our free health program funded by the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Minority Health & Health Disparities covers: Healthy Food, Nutrition Education, Exercise, Clinical Access (Nurse Practitioner), and Client Navigation Support to wraparound services. This program is mainly executed through our three (3xs) Monday a month Hubs hosted by Solid Rock Church. We also execute through in local apartment complexes and through Saturday events.
Youth Leadership Pipeline — Building caring and informed young community stewards — middle and high school students who serve, lead, and grow.
